Privacy Policy

1. What the app stores on your device

When you use CalenMind you can enter, for each day, a level (a number from 1 to 10), a mood and an optional note. The app keeps these entries in its own storage on your iPhone so that it can show your calendar and your history.

• This information is not sent to our servers. We do not run servers that receive it.
• We cannot read it, recover it or restore it for you.
• You can edit or delete any entry in the app. Deleting the app removes the entries from your device.
• If you use iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup of your iPhone, Apple may include the app's data in that backup. That is controlled by your Apple settings, not by us.

2. Subscriptions and payments

CalenMind offers optional premium features as a subscription. Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles the payment. We do not receive or store your card details, your Apple ID, or your purchase history.

To check which features you have unlocked, and to restore purchases on a new device, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat typically receives:

• an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID,
• your purchase and subscription status (the transaction information from Apple),
• basic technical information such as app version, device type, operating system and country, and your IP address, which is part of any internet request.

RevenueCat does not receive your mood entries or notes. It handles this information under its own privacy policy.

3. What we do not do

• We do not ask you to create an account or to give us your name or email address in the app.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information.
• We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• We do not use your entries to train models or to build profiles.

4. This website

• calenmind.com sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.
• Like any website, our hosting provider, cyon (Switzerland), keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and the page requested. These are used to keep the site secure and running, and are deleted by the provider after a limited period.
• Links to the App Store take you to Apple's site, which has its own privacy policy.

5. If you write to us

When you email contact@calenmind.app, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to improve the app, and we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for support. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Please do not send us sensitive health details by email.

6. Your rights

Because your entries never leave your device, you already control them: you can view, edit and delete them in the app. For the little information we or our service providers may hold (an email conversation, or the anonymous subscription record at RevenueCat), you can ask us to give you a copy, correct it or delete it, and you can object to its use. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or California, you also have the rights provided by your local data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

7. Children

CalenMind is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Your entries are kept in the app's protected storage on your device, using the sandboxing and device security that Apple provides. Keeping your iPhone updated and protected with a passcode is the best way to keep them private. No system is completely secure, but because we do not hold your entries, there is no copy of them on our side that could leak.

9. Health information

CalenMind is a tool for personal reflection. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional or your local emergency or crisis service.

10. Changes to this policy

If the app or this policy changes in a way that matters, for example if a feature starts to send data off your device, we will update this page and its date first, and tell you in the app where the law requires it.
