Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how our app (“CalenMind”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information. CalenMind is designed to give you a private space to reflect on your mood and wellbeing — not to track you.

1. Information We Collect

• We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information.
• Mood entries, anxiety levels, and notes you add are stored locally on your device only.
• No data is sent to our servers because CalenMind does not operate any external storage services.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

2. How Your Information Is Used

• Your entries are used solely to provide you with insights inside the app (calendar view, history view, and trends in future updates).
• All processing is done on-device. Nothing is transmitted elsewhere.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
• Because your data never leaves your device, there is no remote storage or cloud transfer.
• In future optional features, we may use anonymized aggregated insight metrics — never linked to any identity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CalenMind does not collect, store, or process any payment information. All billing and subscription details are handled securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not have access to your payment data, purchase history, or any information associated with your Apple ID.

5. Your Choices

• You may delete any mood entry or note directly inside the app.
• Deleting the app removes all stored data from your device.
• The app never syncs or backs up entries unless you choose to store them in your personal iCloud backup via Apple settings.

6. Security

All mood and anxiety data is stored securely on your device using Apple’s sandboxing protections. While no system is completely foolproof, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information stays private.

7. Children’s Privacy

CalenMind is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. GDPR / CCPA Compliance

Because CalenMind does not collect or process personal data, the app is not subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar data protection frameworks. All data remains entirely on your device and under your control.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Any significant change will be reflected on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date.
