1. Use of the App

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of it.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

2. Not medical advice

• CalenMind provides tools for self-reflection, mood tracking and personal wellbeing.
• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• If you are experiencing mental health concerns, consult a qualified professional or your local emergency or crisis service.

3. Accuracy and limitations

• Any insights, visualizations or trends shown by the App are for information only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the App's data or analytics.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or adverse outcome resulting from your use of the App.

5. Subscription, free trial and payment

CalenMind offers optional premium features through a subscription. If a free trial is available, it renews automatically into the selected subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends if you do not cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Changes to the App and these Terms

• We may update or modify the App at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
